Find people whose difference makes the question sharper: researchers, makers, storytellers, elders, operators.
Attack the assumptions
Use evidence, lived experience and AI adversaries to discover what your question is hiding.
Build something testable
A model, experiment, field study, prototype, story, system or intervention. Make the learning touch reality.
Open the work
Show the unfinished thing. Invite critique. Document the miss. Teach back the method.
Recover on purpose
Move, eat, talk, go quiet, sleep. Rest is part of the research protocol—not a reward after it.
